Uno Takamitsu 宇野孝光(うのたかみつ)
Born 1967 in Osaka. Learned Buddhist sculpture from Matsumoto Myokei.
Became independent in 1999 and has his own workshop in Kameoka Town.
He wants to carve statues that warm the heart of the believers. To carve, for him, is also the proof that he is alive and might help him to understand the secrets of past, present and future in the universe.
